Production Line Worker

Production:

• Assemble products or components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) on a fast-paced production line.
• Operate production machinery and equipment as required (full training provided).
• Monitor the production process to maintain efficiency and meet production targets.
• Accurately document production and quality control data.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) without exception.
• Follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines for every task.
• Properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hairnets.
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment before operation.
• Immediately report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or near-miss incidents to the Production Supervisor.
• Properly shut down, lock out, and tag out equipment for cleaning, maintenance, or when not in use.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and mandatory safety training.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Perform basic sanitation and cleaning tasks as required, following established protocols.
• Support overall plant cleanliness initiatives to ensure a hygienic production environment.

Teamwork & Training:

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to new employees as directed by the Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors regarding production status or issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar fast-paced environment is a strong asset.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills for counting and simple measurements.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entire duration of a 8-10 hour shift. 

Working Conditions

• This role works in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Strict adherence to dress code and safety protocols is mandatory. Loose-fitting clothing, jewelry, and open-toed shoes are not permitted.
• Must comply with all personal hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) policies

Work Location:

• This role is required to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
• Mon - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm PST
