Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily operations. You will work closely with internal teams including production, warehouse, and sales to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately
Monitor and track orders while providing updates on shipping, delivery, and product availability
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and data entry
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Support sales and operations teams with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Deliver outstanding customer service through strong communication and problem-solving skills
Assist in improving customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred
