Role Description:
We have full-time on-site roles open for commercial and personal lines Insurance Customer Service associates at the Mann Agency. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing insurance policies, providing insurance coverage guidance, and offering exceptional customer service to clients.
Company Description:
For 21 years, we’ve been one of the top independent multiple product insurance and financial services agencies in Roanoke. While Farmers Insurance is our branded insurance company we sell many other insurance companies products making sure our clients get the product that serves their needs.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- 1 year of experience with personal insurance, or 1 year of experience with commercial insurance
- Must work onsite in our Roanoke, VA office. Please do not apply if you cannot work onsite.
- Must have an active property and casualty insurance license, or be willing to renew one you had.
- Computer skills with web-based applications and office applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance policies
