Retail Customer Service Associate

We are hiring part-time or full-time to expand our team of hard-working, friendly folks who value the role that food and a natural lifestyle can have on physical and mental well-being. Our small staff creates a strong team atmosphere while also empowering trained members to complete tasks autonomously.

Your first month at Eats is spent getting to know our customers, mastering cashier responsibilities, and the Eats Core Values: dedication to our customers, our team, our store, and our character. After the first trial month, a day could include but is certainly not limited to:

· Getting to know the aisles through stocking shelves and processing orders

· Lifting weights by stocking our extensive bulk department

· Cutting (and sampling) new and exotic cheeses

· Stocking and beautifying the already gorgeous fruits and vegetables

· Continuing to nurture those customer relationships from the first month

· Helping a co-worker and learning other new talents

At least one weekend day and at least one closing shift are required. Shifts are 4-8 hours with flexibility for school and other commitments. The weekly schedule remains as consistent as possible.
