Main Tasks
- Leading, directing and monitoring production operations to ensure compliance with established specifications, schedules and quality standards while achieving volume, cost and waste targets
- Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales and other departments to effectively manage production schedules and allocate labour and capital resources
- Controlling and prioritizing production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous operational efficiency
- Overseeing adherence to quality standards and compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements through regular assessments and quality control measures
- Driving efficiency improvements by identifying process bottlenecks, implementing targeted solutions and managing the seamless launch of new production lines and equipment through coordinated cross-departmental efforts
- Managing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets the demands of production
