Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation
- Manage discovery including preparation of written discovery, review of e-discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Assist in case strategy and trial preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the United States.
- 2-7 years of legal experience preferred (construction law experience a plus)
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
