- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Coordinate with the public relations team to craft press releases, media outreach strategies, and manage relationship management efforts with key stakeholders.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing plans.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize ROI.
- Support branding efforts by maintaining consistent messaging across all channels while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Assist in E-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales and enhances customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Mention is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics platforms.
- Experience managing social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail for creating compelling content.
- Ability to build relationships with team members, clients, and external partners through effective communication and relationship management skills.
