- Public Relations (PR): Manage external communications and public relations initiatives.
- Community Outreach and Partnerships: Plan and execute local community marketing initiatives, including health fairs, sponsorships, educational workshops, and forming partnerships with local businesses or non-profits to raise the practice's visibility.
- Lead Management: Communicate with customers about their service requests and record notes to manage incoming leads effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on organic search rankings, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation performance.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with other providers and other resources in the community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on organic presence, content marketing, and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to drive success through non-paid marketing channels.
- Experience with creating and implementing comprehensive video content strategies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly for creating thought leadership content.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting on lead performance and overall marketing efforts.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or a medical practice is highly desirable.
- Experience in planning and executing local community engagement and partnership programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with community leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders.
This position requires travel between Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
