Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food prep stations safely and efficiently
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
• Handle food preparation tasks including dough making, topping assembly, braising, poaching, grilling, and food handling techniques
• Maintain high-volume production standards during busy service hours while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control guidelines
• Support the prep needs of the kitchen

Skills

• Proven dietary aide experience or food industry background with a focus on culinary arts
• Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and food handling best practices
• Extensive kitchen experience including fine dining or restaurant environments with high-volume production experience
• Excellent knife skills along with proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and food processors
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation and quality
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a passion for culinary innovation and customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
