High volume, professional workplace.
Full-time and part-time work may be possible.
Closed all Mondays.
Hot and cold line cooking and prep cooking using standardized recipes and business' established practices. Food safety and quality are priorities. Cleanliness and organization are essential.
Cooks must know and demonstrate proper food preparation and food handling techniques, including use of thermometers.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and be active for hours at a time.
Must be able to read and verbally communicate well.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to meet timing expectations for preparation.
Must be able to work well with others and coordinate food orders and food production.
Job includes necessary station and kitchen preparation.
Job includes proper storage, cleaning, and sanitizing during and at end of the shift.
