Are you ready to make a significant impact at our Development Center in Lebanon, Ohio? As our next Commercial Coordination Manager, you will guide and inspire a team of Commercial Coordinators—developing best practices, overseeing training, and ensuring the accuracy of our data. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support documentation processes, troubleshoot project issues, and drive long-term commercial planning. The Manager ensures the team is equipped to support account managers and deliver efficient project and reporting support.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Manage, mentor, and develop the Commercial Coordination team.
    • Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management for all team members.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Lead the development of best practices for the Commercial Coordination role.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for new hires.
    • Ensure proficiency in MANE systems (GPMS, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.).
    • Identify and address training gaps and drive systematic improvements.
    • Manage commercial pipeline processes and Salesforce pipeline hygiene, ensuring accurate opportunity management, consistent data integrity, and timely pipeline maintenance across the organization.
    • Work with Sales and Management to prioritize business and information needs.
    • Liaise with Regulatory and Quality teams for standard document support.
    • Ensure timely review, revision, storage, and submission of commercial, regulatory, and legal documents for key accounts.
    • Support compliance and documentation processes.
  • Strategic & Customer Focus
    • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of sales forecasts and planning assumptions to support strategic business objectives.
    • Drive the commercial industrialization process (PTP), coordinating cross-functional resources.
    • Benchmark and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Support the Commercial Coordination team in direct customer interactions.
    • Act as an escalation point for challenging customer situations.
    • Represent MANE during customer visits (10% travel required).
    • Attend and manage daily project meetings.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, pipeline status, and project progress.
    • Execute other responsibilities assigned by management.
  • Other duties in support of company objectives
  • Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Management shall support and facilitate the actions within their teams to effectively and adequately implement environmental policies, procedures and practices, as well as promote continual improvement consistent with environmental goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in sales, customer service, or R&D environment, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, and SAP- or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of MANE, Inc. operating systems and commercial processes preferred.
