Job Title: General Laborer / Installer (Full-Time )
Location: Connecticut
Pay: $20–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Installer. This is a hands-on position working on residential and commercial projects installing awnings and related systems. No prior experience required

What You’ll Do
- Install awnings and exterior systems at homes and businesses
- Work with a small team on job sites across Connecticut
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Load/unload materials and prepare job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability (shows up on time, ready to work)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical skills or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
