As a Part-Time Construction Team Member, you’ll play an important role in keeping our projects moving forward. What You’ll Do
- Help prepare job sites by unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment
- Support experienced tradespeople with basic tasks and day-to-day needs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective gear
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Assist with measuring, marking, and layout tasks
- Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have reliable personal transportation (we do not provide pick-ups or drop-offs)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be drug- and alcohol-free and able to maintain a safe, professional work environment
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
