What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of career technical training (CTT) programs in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions

• Monitor and manage all instructors with the CTT department to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.
• Regularly asses and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students, prepare audit and assessment reports.
• Evaluate curricula, instructional materials, methods, and techniques.
• Ensure training achievement records (TAR's) are accurate and up to date and that CIS case notes are updated regularly for each students.
• Monitor and assist with student scheduling and attendance functions to ensure accountability and maximum benefit to the students.
  
  

Qualifications, Required And Requested Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least two (2) years supervisory experience. Associate's degree accepted with at least five (5) experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
