Pay:
- Starting at $40,000–$60,000 annually (paid hourly, based on experience and availability)

Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute operational systems for Front and Back of House
- Assist in managing labor, food safety, inventory, and shift execution
- Support leadership in coaching, training, and developing team members
- Help maintain a positive team culture and resolve challenges in real time
- Gain exposure to business metrics such as labor cost, food cost, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, dependable, and coachable
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance standards required (no visible tattoos on hand, neck, face, or behind ears)
