Pay:
- $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Shift Leaders and Team Members
- Drive hospitality and guest experience standards
- Oversee labor efficiency and shift productivity
- Review performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with Back of House leadership to ensure operational alignment
- Maintain front-of-house inventory and systems
- Report directly to the Owner/Operator
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of leadership experience in a team-based environment (restaurant, hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Experience coaching and holding teams accountable
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience reviewing performance or productivity metrics
- Restaurant leadership experience strongly preferred
