Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables. Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
Preferred Skills: Master s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment. Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet). Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
