Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time SEO Specialist responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving client and internal website performance. This role requires both technical SEO knowledge and the ability to interpret data and make strategic updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current SEO performance and rankings for client and internal websites
- Conduct keyword research and implement optimization strategies
- Access and update website backends (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to improve SEO
- Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, etc.)
- Review and interpret Google Analytics and Google Search Console data
- Identify opportunities for traffic growth and ranking improvements
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO (agency or freelance experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush)
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills
