Job Description Summary

This position promotes a safe and organized work environment while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and put away raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies into assigned inventory locations
- Pick and issue materials to support production schedules and kit assemblies
- Perform inventory transactions, including reclassifications and transfers, within the inventory management system
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of all assigned work areas
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies, including proper use of PPE
- Report safety hazards, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and guidance to less experienced team members
- Participate in required health and safety training programs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a materials handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Basic experience using an inventory management system (ERP, WMS, or similar)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and material movement throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and system navigation
