Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Learn and assist with plastic fabrication. Install, maintain, and repair industrial process systems
- Assist with chemical process piping and electrical system repairs
- Perform metal and plastic fabrication and welding, including: PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF Stainless steel and carbon steel
- Read and work from drawings, schematics, and job specs
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
- Follow company standards, customer requirements, and safety procedures Work alongside field Supervisor and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently
- Travel to customer sites throughout New England Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site
- Experience working in industrial or process environments
- Hands-on knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Chemical process piping Industrial electrical systems Metal welding and fabrication Plastic welding and fabrication Industrial water or wastewater treatment systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for job reporting and communication
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license and required health/medical card
- Willingness to travel throughout New England Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight jobs
