What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Maloney Properties, Inc. Career Center?
Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in Medway, MA. Some of the duties you will be responsible for will include:
- Performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Completing work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance.
- Inspection and minor repair of equipment.
- Providing access to contractors, as needed.
- Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
The work hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with on-call duties shared on rotation. The on-call rotation will include a property in Mansfield, MA.
