Financial Analyst – Distribution Operations
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to partner directly with the Operations Leadership and play a key role in driving financial and operational performance at a distribution center.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and become a true business partner to Operations. You’ll have the opportunity to understand what’s happening on the floor, analyze the numbers behind performance, and help leadership make better business decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze financial and operational performance, including labor, productivity, inventory, and operating costs
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
- Develop financial models and business cases to support operational initiatives and capital investments
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Operations and site leadership
- Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operations finance, supply chain finance, or a related role
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both Finance and Operations
- Distribution, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or other operational experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
