What You'll Be Doing
As a Finishing Lead, you'll be a key leader on the production floor, helping drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while supporting your supervisor and team.
You'll:
- Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable work environment
- Coach and develop Finishing Operators and team members
- Monitor workflow and production performance
- Help ensure products are manufactured safely and meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Communicate priorities and expectations clearly to team members
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Support training efforts for new and existing employees
- Foster teamwork and collaboration throughout the department
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Finishing or Folding Carton manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
