This role reports directly to plant leadership and is a key member of the operations team.

The Opportunity

As Shipping Manager, you will lead all shipping and warehouse operations for our Jacksonville facility.

More importantly, you will serve as the leader who ensures our customers receive their products safely, accurately, and on time every day.

You will lead a team responsible for warehouse operations, inventory movement, carrier relationships, shipping schedules, and customer delivery performance while partnering closely with Production, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Quality.

This is not a desk leadership position.

Successful candidates spend their time on the floor, in the warehouse, on the dock, coaching employees, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• 3 years of leadership experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain management
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of transportation and carrier management
• Warehouse and inventory management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service levels
• Proven track record of developing teams and improving operational performance

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
