Role Description
This is a full-time On-Site Associate role located in Augusta, GA. As an On-Site Associate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the facility, coordinating inventory and supply chain activities, and assisting customers with safety equipment needs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate inventory control, maintaining product availability, receiving and stocking products, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service. You will work closely with team members and customers to ensure operational effectiveness and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain product accuracy
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with operating inventory tracking systems and familiarity with basic computer applications
- Knowledge of safety products, supplies, and equipment; previous experience in the safety or supply chain industry is a plus but not a necessity.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as required to manage inventory and stock shelves
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics, safety, or inventory management are an advantage
