About the Role
Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! This role plays a key part in bringing campaigns to life, keeping our digital presence fresh, and supporting initiatives ranging from trade shows to catalog production. You’ll balance creative execution with organization and analysis, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing projects move forward smoothly and effectively. How You’ll Make an Impact
Creative & Design
-
Design and produce polished product sell sheets highlighting key features and benefits
-
Create marketing collateral including banners, flyers, social posts, web banners, and promotional materials
-
Update and refine PowerPoint presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives
-
Assist with catalog rough-ins and manage catalog pricing updates
-
Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop
Digital & Content Marketing

Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across relevant platforms

Perform routine website updates to keep content current and engaging
-
Generate AI-assisted content for marketing materials including copy and captions
-
Maintain and grow the company email list
Trade Shows & Events
-
Coordinate trade show logistics including booth materials, timelines, and communication
-
Manage trade show enrollments and process payments on time
Operations & Vendor Management
-
Pull and analyze inventory and sales reports to support marketing decisions

Coordinate deliverables and timelines with freelancers and external vendors
-
Support marketing projects and other initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
2–5 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or creative support role
-
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Experience creating and updating PowerPoint presentations
-
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
-
Comfort working with AI tools for content generation
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with CMS or website platforms such as Unilog, WordPress, or Shopify is a plus
-
Confident communicator who works well with internal teams and external vendors

Positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Trade show coordination or event logistics experience

Catalog production or product marketing experience

Familiarity with email marketing platforms

Experience managing or purchasing email lists

Video production and/or editing skills
