Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our Onsite team!

This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll be embedded directly within a client’s operation, acting as an extension of both their team and ours. You’ll manage and audit safety inventory, fulfill orders, and proactively support a workplace where employees can focus on doing their jobs safely and efficiently. While your work will be performed onsite at a cutting-edge manufacturing facility, you’ll always be backed by Mallory’s people, processes, and safety-first culture.

Here is how you can make an impact as an Inventory Specialist:
-
Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets

Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
-
Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock
-
Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lights
-
Document inspections via virtual reporting software
-
Complete detailed audits using a checklist
-
Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person

Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift
Here’s is what we are looking for in an Inventory Specialist:

Valid drivers license with at least two years of driving experience and a driving record that aligns with our Safe Driver policy

Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred
-
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results

Creative problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read and write in English
