INSTRUCTOR

Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for an At-heights Instructor to join our ENSA Division in Amarillo, Texas!

We are looking for someone who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys travel up to 50% of your work time, and likes being where the action is. Candidate must have at- heights experience (personal or professional) to be considered for this position. Official training experience in any capacity, and wind or safety experience preferred!

Here is how you will make an impact as an Instructor:

• Frequent travel, primarily across the US, but occasionally to Canada, the Caribbean, and
elsewhere.
• Ability to learn and deliver ENSA training program content to a variety of clients and in a
variety of training environments.
• Learn and adhere to ENSA’s quality management system and training program
requirements, including processes related to Instructor course delivery.
• Contribute to training program content and process improvement initiatives.
• Flexibility, adaptability, positive can-do attitude, and ability to problem solve.
• Provide feedback to the operations and quality teams when opportunities are identified
for improvement.
• Commitment to professional development, as identified by the organization and as new
market opportunities arise.

Here is what we are looking for in a Instructor:

• Valid Drivers License and motor vehicle report with little to know incidents required 
• At- Heights Experience Required (personal or professional) 
• Wind or Safety experience preferred 
• Official Training or Instructing experience preferred 
• General Experience in the Industry 
• Thrives in a role where you travel most of the year
• Thrives in group settings and able to deal with different personalities; comfortable talking for 8-10 hours during trainings
