Sales Representative – Quality Control & Non-Conventional Accounts
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $22/hour | Company Vehicle Provided
Location: Portland to Salem including surrounding communities and SW Washington
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Representative: Quality Control & Non-Conventional Accounts to join our team at Maletis Beverage. This role works closely with the Sales Training & Customer Support Manager and supports our Tel-Sell Accounts by driving sales, maintaining product quality, and helping accounts adopt our Online Ordering and fintech payment platforms.
This role is primarily field-based, visiting retail accounts regularly, while collaborating with the Inside Tel-Sell Representative to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct quarterly Quality Control visits to all Pro Sell accounts; exchange distressed product as needed
- Generate and pursue sales leads at existing and potential accounts
- Increase adoption of the Company’s Online Ordering platforms and fintech payment system
- Ensure proper product rotation and maintain high product quality
- Communicate market changes, competitor activity, and opportunities to Sales Management
- Maintain sales and merchandising standards
- Complete required surveys and reporting
- Maintain company vehicle according to company standards
- Handle incoming customer calls and relay needs to appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management; self-motivated
- Proficient with iPhone and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to analyze and present information
- Strong teamwork skills
