What You’ll Do
- Lead by example through daily sales execution and team production
- Recruit, train, and mentor entry-level reps during peak season
- Manage territories and performance data via FieldRoutes CRM
- Partner with leadership to set goals, refine pitch quality, and grow market share
- Participate in incentive contests, performance reporting, and team development
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-5 years in sales leadership or direct sales management
- Past Titles May Include:

- Pest Control / Home Services (Orkin, Terminix, TruGreen, etc.)

- Skills:
- Proven performer with documented top sales results or achievements in previous D2D roles (e.g., revenue earned, contracts sold, team rankings, or awards)
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities — capable of training, motivating, and developing sales teams
- Data-driven decision maker with experience managing KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence
- Highly organized with strong territory management and strategic planning abilities
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals in competitive, fast-paced environments
