Overview
We want experienced Door-to-Door (D2D) closers who prefer the 1099 life, understand the numbers game, and want to get paid faster than anywhere else in the industry.
The Role
Your only job is to knock and set the appointment. Our team handles the estimate and closes the deal. We currently maintain a 30-40% close rate.
The Compensation (Commission Only)
We pay when the contract is signed and the deposit clears. You get paid before the installers, the suppliers, or anyone else. * $1,500 per deal closed (under $25k)
- $2,000 per deal closed ($25k – $35k)
- $3,500 per deal closed (over $35k)
Performance Bonus: We reward high producers. Hit $170k in total revenue from your appointments in a single month and take an extra 3% bonus on the total volume sold.

- Experienced: Preferred background in roofing, siding, or exterior construction.
- Dedicated: You understand that D2D is a volume game. You don't get discouraged by a "No"; you just move to the next house.
