The Maintenance Division Branch Manager will serve as a client liaison to the company through outstanding service, ensuring that clients' needs are met, and the relationship will continue, creating high customer retention, while helping the branch achieve its revenue goals. The candidate in this role must also be able to manage job sites, personnel/crews, and equipment.
Responsibilities
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment; however, long periods of driving, walking, and inspecting job sites are to be expected. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Physical Demands: The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, crouch, bend, and lift.
Travel: Any travel will be within business hours.

Responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients.
- Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.
- Ensure MNLSA existing accounts are renewed each year.
- Coordinate and manage client service teams.
- Assists the branch manager to develop annual budgets.
- Work with branch manager to accurately track branch performance.
- Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all contracts are executed correctly.
- Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets.
- Identify staffing needs.
- Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices.
- Monitor and guide Account Managers as they train Foremen and Laborers
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by MNLSA.
- Understand and accurately estimate jobs.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes.
- Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan(s) for employees.
- Achieves grounds management operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends and determines system improvements.
- Work at a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency.
- Must uphold company policies, procedures, and company core values at all times.

Requirements
- 4 years of Branch Manager experience in the landscaping industry (commercial preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Prior experience utilizing Aspire
