Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, act as the main point of contact for clients, and manage maintenance crews to ensure high-quality standards on every site. The ideal candidate is a skilled manager who can provide clear direction, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance crews, coordinating activities between job sites and the office.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication.
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards in property upkeep with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
- Oversee irrigation needs for maintenance sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Keep organized records of maintenance schedules, equipment, and crew activities.
- Flexibility to work within other divisions, such as landscaping or irrigation, as needs arise, with training provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – Mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with proven management abilities.
- Proficiency with tools, software, and scheduling systems.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Preferred: Experience in landscaping or yard maintenance.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- $22.00 per hour.
- Benefits include paid training, provided uniforms, weekends and holidays off, and year-round work.
