What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Swim Instructor position at Making Waves Swim School?
Responsibilities:
- Teach private swim lessons
- Assess students ability
- Work with students at their pace while consistently challenging them to progress further
- Transition trial lessons to new enrollments
- Being an ambassador of safety
- Maintain positive relationships
Our requirements are: * Minimum 1 year experience teaching swim lessons
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to swim
- Work with beginner level students
- Work with pre-school aged students
- Current CPR and Lifeguard Certification or willingness to become certified (Making Waves can certify you)
- Able to commit to our company for at least one year. No seasonal hires.
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must be able to have fun with their students!

Shifts Available: * Weekdays: Between 4 pm and 8 pm
- Saturdays Between 9 am and 6 pm
- Sundays: Between 11 am and 7 pm
