Are you passionate about teaching lifesaving skills and making a positive impact? Fin-Tastic Aquatics is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Swim Instructors to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Teach private and small-group swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment.
- Adapt lessons to meet each swimmer’s individual needs and goals.
- Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers.
- Ensure all safety procedures and pool policies are followed.
Qualifications:
- Active WSI (Water Safety Instructor) Certification required.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- Previous swim instruction experience preferred.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities is a strong plus.
- Positive attitude, patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
