The Membership Events and Experience Manager is responsible for curating, executing, and continuously elevating Clayton’s member-facing programming and overall club experience. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, community, and operations—ensuring that every event and touchpoint reflects Clayton’s standard of excellence.
Reporting directly to the Club General Manager, this individual will lead the development and execution of a dynamic events calendar while supporting daily club operations to deliver a seamless, high-touch member experience. Success in this role is defined by increased member engagement, satisfaction, and retention through thoughtful programming and flawless execution.

Requested Tasks
- Assist in planning, detailing, and executing member events and activations.
- Coordinate event marketing materials, signage, invitations, and member communications.
- Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and event data in club software.
- Maintain and promote the Member Events Calendar via portal, website, and members-only Instagram.
- Prepare BEOs, attend planning meetings, and oversee setup/breakdown.
- Respond to event inquiries and provide exceptional on-site member engagement.
- Support daily club operations to ensure alignment with service standards and a seamless member experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Food & Beverage, Front Desk, Membership, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of events and daily service.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, events, private clubs, or related fields.
- Proven ability to execute high-quality events with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a membership-based environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Operationally minded, with a willingness to step in and support broader club needs.
- Experience with event platforms and CRM systems preferred
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
