Rocky Mountain Catering is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and organized Floral Designer to join our growing team.

Our business is seasonal, with our busiest months running May through October. During peak season, things move fast, events are frequent, and every week brings something new.

What You’ll Be Doing
No two days look the same in the floral department. Your work may include:
- Designing and assembling floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations
- Assisting with large floral installations and event setups
- Consulting with clients and event designers to bring floral visions to life
- Sourcing flowers and materials while staying within budget
- Ensuring inventory stays fresh, organized, and event-ready
- Keeping up with floral trends, design styles, and techniques
- Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Supporting event day setups (some weekends required)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong design sense and understanding of floral materials
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and transport flowers, buckets, containers, and event materials
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak event season
Bonus Points If You Have
- Formal floral design training or certification
- Experience with wedding or event florals
- Knowledge of seasonal flowers and proper flower care

Schedule
- 4–8 hour shifts
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts depending on event schedule
