Requested Tasks
- Take and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
- Set up trays or tables in guest rooms according to service standards
- Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented to The Greenleigh’s standards
- Provide a warm and engaging guest experience during all interactions
- Retrieve trays and equipment from guest rooms and hallways promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations with professionalism
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Prior experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a hotel or upscale environment
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance trays up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push carts and move equipment throughout the property
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive service tasks
