The Merchant Building is a 32-story transformational mixed-use development featuring a luxury hotel, private residences, and a members' club, opening in 2027. Requested Tasks

• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals set by the Director of Sales and Marketing
• Develop and maintain client relationships in assigned markets to secure group business for the hotel
• Prospect new business opportunities
• Partner with the hotel sales and operations team to ensure the financial success of the hotel and experiences
  
  

Requested Capabilities

• Prior hotel sales experience required. Salary commensurate with experience.
• Guest-first mentality
• Prior leadership experience; professional and approachable
• Thorough knowledge of the property's amenities, packages, and promotions
