Maker Collaborative is a boutique management company founded in 2021, specializing in the food, wellness, and lifestyle space. Our mission is to represent creators with integrity, respect, and understanding with a tailored and personal approach that adds value beyond surface level needs. Through content strategy, strategic partnerships, television and literary opportunities, product and licensing collaborations, and ongoing platform education, we collaboratively develop long-lasting brands and scalable businesses for our clients.
The primary focus of the Talent Coordinator is to provide support to the Founder and their roster of managed talent. This position will focus heavily on the project management of campaigns as well as associated administrative tasks. The Talent Coordinator will liaison between talent and our brand and agency partners to ensure a seamless and positive campaign experience for all. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Founder and their managed talent, including scheduling, updating tracking grids, media kits, proposals, and case studies as needed
- Project manage and execute campaigns from start to finish
- Spearhead shipments
- Confirm preview and live dates
- Content submissions and approvals
- Managing and updating calendars with new deadlines and timelines
- Facilitating any additional support needed for paid collaborations between our talent and brand/agency partners
- Work with our accounting team and payment platform to ensure invoices are submitted correctly and in a timely manner
- Commit to furthering individual industry knowledge and professional growth and development
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a relevant industry (i.e. management company, talent agency, public relations, and/or influencer marketing)
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills (especially email etiquette)
- Strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to prioritize focus and multi-task
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work against and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Outlook, Slack, and Adobe
