Responsibilities
- Review electronic Instructions for Use (IFUs) submitted by writers and localization teams.
- Process documentation using systems like Informatica and AEM for distribution.
- Identify and address issues in forms by collaborating with the Regulatory Affairs team and engineers.
- Ensure all records are accurate and aligned with business unit requirements before forwarding to Regulatory Affairs for approval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders regarding documentation and compliance inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry and good documentation practices (GDP).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage urgent reviews effectively.
- Experience in writing, labeling, or quality assurance is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Background in regulatory affairs or related fields.
- Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
