What You'll Do as a Verizon Sales Associate:
- Directly engage with the community to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site marketing events.
- Explain Verizon’s internet, wireless, and entertainment service offers
- Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
- Give insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with tailored solutions
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training
- Close sales by using clear communication skills and sales strategies
- Proper execution of each step in the sales process
What You’ll Bring as an Ideal Verizon Sales Associate:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Sales Experience or Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly
- Can use computer systems or basic understanding of modern technology
- Growth- oriented and passionate
