What You Do as a Customer Account Representative:
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend tailored telecom solutions
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by resolving inquiries, handling concerns with empathy, and always striving to leave a positive impression
- Attend training sessions and client meetings to stay informed on the latest telecom products, practices, promotions, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Account Representative and Sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems to track interactions and sales history
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, celebrating wins, and supporting fellow Customer Account Representatives
Who You Are as a Customer Account Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a people-facing role is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build rapport across a diverse customer base
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude in all interactions
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving Customer Account Representative team and individual success
