Facility Services Projects Crew

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned responsibilities.
• Certification, via district training and testing procedures of eligibility for status as Project Technician or Ceiling Tile Technician.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Must be able to safely lift and carry 55 lb.

• Must have a current Driver’s License

REPORTS TO:

Projects Crew Manager

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have aptitude for using general hand tools, power tools and other equipment. (I.e. Tape Measurer, Screwdrivers, Drills, Saws, Genie Lifts, etc.)
• Must perform all aspects of minor building maintenance.
• Must perform limited aspects of ceiling maintenance according to Ceiling Tile Crew guidelines. (Measure, Cut, Install of Ceiling Tiles, Grid, etc. as required.)
• Must perform all Projects/Minor Maintenance repairs assigned to the staff by the Service Crew Manager.
• Perform such other office duties as may be assigned.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Twelve month basis.  Salary to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION:

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy.
