Rotomold Technician III

We are seeking a highly experienced and mechanically proficient operator to serve in a senior role within our rotomold machine facility. As a Rotomold Operator III, you will act as a technical lead on the production floor, overseeing complex machine operations, guiding team members, and ensuring all processes meet or exceed safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will be expected to diagnose mechanical issues, coordinate mold setups, train junior operators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, deep process knowledge, and exceptional mechanical problem-solving skills.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferably in rotomolding or molding
• Demonstrated leadership experience-lead operator, trainer, or shift lead responsibilities
• US Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulations
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment and tooling
• Strong understanding of mold setup, processing parameters, cycle optimization, and quality control
• Manual dexterity is required; must be able to stand, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and use common hand tools without restriction
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, read blueprints, perform precise measurements, and log production data accurately
• Proven ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and uphold production discipline and safety standards

1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:45pm

2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12:30am

Pay

1st Shift - 30/hr

2nd Shift - 32/hr
