We are seeking skilled and dependable employees to support production in our rotomold machine facility. As a Rotomold Operator II, you will take on more advanced responsibilities in operating and maintaining rotomold machinery according to strict safety and quality standards. Working within a small team, you will ensure molds are prepared, loaded, cycled, and unloaded accurately. This position requires increased judgement, troubleshooting ability, and consistent execution to meet production and quality goals.
Position Requirements
1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:45pm
2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12:30am
Pay
1st Shift - 25/hr
2nd Shift - 27/hr

Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
- US Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulations
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery
- Prior experience with rotomolding or related molding processes strongly preferred
- Manual dexterity is required; must be able to stand, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and use common hand tools without restriction
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret production instructions, basic drawings, and measurement tools (scales, gauges, calipers, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team production targets
