Community Support Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Our DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities in living full, connected, and independent lives through home, community, and work-based activities.

- Support individuals in their homes or in the community with goal-focused activities
- Foster social connections and life skill development
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety and dignity
- Maintain documentation in line with MaineCare and agency requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check clearance
- A genuine passion for helping others live full and meaningful lives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
