Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) who also holds a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and medication administration while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week
- 1 twelve-hour night shift
- 3 eight-hour night shifts
- Includes every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Support a calm, safe, and respectful overnight environment
- Collaborate with nursing and care team members
Qualifications:
- Active CRMA certification required
- Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required
- Basic computer skills
