Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations, including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. This role will work closely with senior management to drive financial decision-making and contribute to the company's growth and profitability. This position will be our team lead for anything to do with accounting/billing/purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads.
4. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
5. Monitor cash flow and manage accounts receivable and payable.
6. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
7. Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. 5 years of finance/accounting experience
3. Strong understanding of financial principles and analysis techniques.
4. Proficiency in Excel and financial management software.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
