Accounts Receivable Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a client in the Greater Portland, ME area looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to the team! This role will be focused on processing invoices and customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for account-related questions
• Verify billing details
• Contact customers for collections via phone and email
• Maintain records
• Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs
  
  

Compensation: $65-75k/year depending on experience
